Welcome to Beyond Discipline. By purchasing any product, program, or membership from this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. ELIGIBILITY & AGE REQUIREMENTS

Beyond Discipline programs are designed specifically for adult men seeking to improve their health, fitness, and lifestyle.

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase any product or participate in any program offered through this website.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. If you are purchasing on behalf of another individual, you confirm that person is also at least 18 years of age and that you have their authorization to agree to these terms on their behalf.

Our programs are specifically designed for men over 40, though men 18 and older may participate. If you are under 40, understand that program content, pacing, and community discussions are tailored toward the unique challenges and goals of men in midlife and beyond.

2. DISCLAIMER OF RESULTS

The programs, challenges, courses, and content offered through Beyond Discipline are designed to provide education, motivation, and community support for men seeking to improve their health, habits, and lifestyle.

Results are not guaranteed. Your individual results will vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to: your starting point, effort and consistency, adherence to the program, lifestyle factors, genetics, age, and personal circumstances.

Testimonials and examples used on this website represent individual experiences and are not intended as a promise or guarantee of similar outcomes. The success of others does not ensure your success.

3. NOT MEDICAL ADVICE

Before being granted access to any purchased Beyond Discipline challenge event, participants must read, acknowldege, and sign Beyond Discipline's LIABILITY WAIVER & ASSUMPTION OF RISK.

4. DIGITAL PRODUCTS – ALL SALES FINAL

All sales of downloadable digital products—including but not limited to courses, eBooks, guides, templates, and video content—are final and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital products, once access is granted or content is delivered, we cannot verify whether materials have been downloaded, copied, or consumed. For this reason, refunds will not be issued for digital product purchases under any circumstances.

Please review all product descriptions and details carefully before purchasing.

5. CHALLENGE EVENTS – REFUND POLICY

Transformation Challenges, Warrior Challenges, and other cohort-based events operate on a limited-seat basis to maintain the quality of the experience and brotherhood support.

Refund requests for challenge events must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the official start date of the challenge.This allows adequate time for another brother to fill the seat you are vacating.

Refund requests received less than 48 hours before the challenge start date, or after the challenge has begun, will not be honored. In such cases, you may be offered the opportunity to transfer your registration to a future challenge at the company's discretion.

6. BROTHERHOOD MEMBERSHIP – CANCELLATION POLICY

The Beyond Discipline Brotherhood membership is a recurring monthly subscription. You may cancel your membership at any time through your account portal or by contacting admin@beyonddiscipline.org .

Upon cancellation:

Your access to membership content and community will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.
No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription month.
You will not be charged for any future billing periods after cancellation is processed.

Reactivation is available at any time, subject to current membership pricing.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, materials, branding, and intellectual property associated with Beyond Discipline—including but not limited to program curriculum, videos, written content, graphics, and logos—are owned by The Fortitude Syndicate, LLC and protected by copyright.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any materials without prior written consent. Purchasing a product or membership grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own individual purposes only.

8. CODE OF CONDUCT

Participation in the Beyond Discipline community—including Facebook groups, membership forums, challenge groups, and any other community spaces—requires respectful, constructive behavior.

We reserve the right to remove any member who engages in harassment, discrimination, spam, promotion of competing services, or any behavior that undermines the supportive environment we are building for the Brotherhood.

Removal for code of conduct violations does not entitle the member to a refund.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beyond Discipline and its owner(s), employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products, programs, or content.

By purchasing from and participating in Beyond Discipline, you agree to hold harmless The Fortitude Syndicate, LLC / Matthew Jennings Harakas from any claims, damages, or losses related to your participation.
